Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders go through a handling and processing period before shipping.
  • Standard processing time: 1-3 business days.
  • Peak periods & high-demand seasons: Processing may take longer.

Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery times:
    • U.S., U.K., Europe, Australia, Canada: 3-10 business days.
    • Rest of the world: 5-15 business days.
  • Shipping times do not include handling times.
  • Delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship all orders directly from our fulfillment center in China. For international orders, including shipments to the United States, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

GRDNR is not liable for these charges or for any delays caused by customs processing.

If you choose not to accept delivery of your order due to customs fees or taxes, please note that we will not issue a refund or accept a return. We aim to be fully transparent about this to avoid any confusion.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 4 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • GRDNR is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
  • GRDNR cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations.
