Exchanges for Faulty Items Only:

Exchanges are only available for items that are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

No Refunds or Returns:

We do not offer refunds or returns. Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times may vary, especially during peak order periods. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check all details, including size, personalization, and address, before completing your purchase.

Customs and Taxes:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. GRDNR is not liable for these charges.

Accurate Address Information:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Product Representation & Variation Policy

At GRDNR, we continuously refine and improve our products to ensure the best possible quality and performance. As such, slight aesthetic differences may exist between the product photos and the item you receive. These variations, including minor design updates, packaging differences, or logo placements, do not affect the functionality or intended use of the product, and therefore do not qualify as defects.

Please note:

Our social media platforms may feature both current and previous versions of our belts. These reflect the ongoing evolution of our product design.The product you receive will always match the features and specifications outlined in the product description on our official website at the time of your purchase.

For this reason, we do not accept refunds or exchanges based on:

-Minor color variation caused by lighting or screen display settings

-Aesthetic or design differences that do not affect product performance

-Expectations based on older versions shown on social media

-Packaging variations or updates (box is only included upon availability  and is not included in the product price shown on the website). 

We stand by the quality and purpose of our product and remain committed to customer satisfaction. Should you believe your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us with photos and we’ll be happy to review it for an exchange in line with our warranty policy.

Exchanges are only accepted in the rare case that a product is proven to be faulty.
